Riccardo is the son of Anthony and the Realtor for Scarci & Son Developments. He works for Coldwell Banker Realty based in Upper Arlington, Ohio. He’ll find properties under asking price and will always negotiate a good deal. Because of his experience working in renovation with his family business, it gives him a unique understanding in what it takes to sell a home. He’s your go to realtor if you want to sell, buy, or invest in real estate.

Richard continued the family business started by his grandfather Frank Scarci in Cleveland, Ohio. Franks son Chester carried on the business and when Richard graduated from Ohio State he continued the tradition in Columbus, Ohio. Richard grew his loyal cliental base built on respect, quality work and sheer dedication to his craft. He was later joined by his son Anthony and his grandson Riccardo. Today the business has evolved into a full scale renovation company.

Anthony is the glue for all phases of the renovation project. He locates the best opportunities, he demos, he designs and executes all phases of the renovation project. He works day and night until he is satisfied. That is why he’s the “Horse.” He works harder than anyone else. He’s a reliable and relatable contractor that can get any home project done, big or small.
